This lovely ring is part of our Elizabeth collection and was inspired by the gorgeous gems seen in the Elizabethan jewellery of the Cheapside Hoard, an amazing collection found in our very own London.
Rose cut diamonds are a cut of diamond that originated around the 16th century when Elizabeth was queen. Like their name, the facets of a rose cut diamond are said to resemble the spiral of petals in a rose bud. We love the subtle shimmer and gorgeous lustre of these diamonds, which are a little less "showy" than modern brilliant diamonds or old cuts. Nine rose cut diamonds have been classically set in a scalloped rubover setting making this ring very wearable for everyday.
This ring is currently finger size M but if that isn't your size, don't worry it can be tailored to fit you within a few days. We offer complimentary re-sizing within the first three months of purchase.
This ring can also be made in platinum or other colours of 18ct gold (white or rose) or with the diamonds around the whole circumference. Please let us know if you would like your own version!
