    All jewellery comes presented in a handmade leather Aril Jewels box, beautifully gift-wrapped. Additionally, each piece is accompanied by a hand-painted rendering of the jewellery in an Aril Jewels folder, a keepsake to treasure.

     

    UK Deliveries

     

    • All orders are shipped free of charge via Royal Mail Special Delivery in discrete packaging.
    • Orders require a signature upon delivery to ensure safe receipt.

     

    International Deliveries

     

    • We partner with FedEx to provide reliable and timely shipping for our international clients.
    • Complimentary delivery is offered for international orders over £2,500. For orders under this value, a delivery fee will apply, calculated at checkout.
    • Please note: International deliveries may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient. We recommend checking with your local customs office for further details.

     

    Estimated Delivery Timelines

     

    • In-stock items: Dispatched within 3–5 working days. Please do let us know if you need your item urgently and we will endeavour to send it to you more quickly.
    • Bespoke or pre-order items: Estimated delivery dates will be provided once your order is confirmed.
    • International orders: Please note that international deliveries may experience delays due to customs clearance procedures. While we do everything we can to minimise such delays, they are beyond our control.

     

    We aim to ensure your jewellery reaches you as smoothly as possible. If any delays occur, we will contact you promptly to keep you informed.

  • Returns

     
    We are confident you will love your Aril Jewels piece. However, if you have made the wrong selection, you can return your item within 14 days of receipt, and we will be happy to arrange an exchange or a full refund.
     

     

    UK Returns

     

    • Items must be returned in unused, unworn, and undamaged condition, along with all original packaging, documentation, and certificates.
    • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
    • We recommend using Royal Mail Special Delivery to ensure the parcel is tracked and insured.

     

    International Returns

     

    • Items must meet the same return conditions as UK returns.
    • Unfortunately, we cannot refund any import duties or taxes applied by customs in your country. These charges remain the responsibility of the customer.
    • Clients are responsible for return shipping costs and should ensure the item is sent via a tracked and insured service.

     

    Important Notes

     

    • Standard Returns: Items can be returned within 14 days of delivery.
    • Bespoke or Personalised Orders: These items are non-returnable unless faulty or not as described.

     

     

    How to Initiate a Return

     

    1. Email hello@ariljewels.com with your order details.
    2. We will confirm your return and provide further instructions.
    3. Once we receive the returned item, refunds will be processed within 14 days and credited back to the original payment method.

     

    FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS

     

    In the unlikely event you receive an item that is faulty or incorrect, we sincerely apologise and will make things right. Email hello@ariljewels.com with a description of the issue and photographs if possible. We’ll arrange a replacement, repair, or refund, and cover all associated shipping costs.
