Purchases and Pricing
- All prices on the site are in GBP (£) and include VAT unless otherwise stated.
- When converted to USD ($), prices are exclusive of UK VAT. This is stated in the checkout.
- Prices and availability may change without notice.
- We accept various payment methods, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Apple Pay.
- If an error occurs with the pricing, we will inform you immediately, and you may choose to cancel or proceed with the order at the correct price.
- We reserve the right to decline any orders at our discretion, particularly where the information provided is deemed incorrect, or if we suspect fraudulent activity.
Shipping
UK Deliveries:
- We offer complimentary delivery via Royal Mail Special Delivery on all orders.
International Deliveries:
- We offer complimentary shipping for orders over £2,500.
- For orders below £2,500, a shipping fee will be calculated at checkout.
- We use FedEx for international deliveries.
Estimated Delivery Times:
- In-stock items: Dispatched within 3–5 working days.
- Bespoke or pre-order items: Delivery estimates will be given once the order is confirmed.
- All orders require a signature upon delivery.

Right to Cancel and Returns
In accordance with the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days from receipt of the goods without giving any reason. The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day you or a third party, other than the carrier, takes physical possession of the goods.
To exercise your right to cancel, please contact us at hello@ariljewels.com. Once we receive your request, we will guide you on how to return the item(s).
Exemptions to the Right to Cancel:
- Bespoke or personalised items are non-returnable unless faulty or not as described.
- Custom orders, engraved items, and any other items made to your specifications fall under this exemption.
Returns and Refunds
We are confident you will love your Aril Jewels piece. However, should you make the wrong selection, you can return your item within 14 days of receipt, and we will happily arrange an exchange or a full refund. Please ensure the item is returned in unused, unworn, and undamaged condition with all original packaging and certificates.
Bespoke or Personalised Orders: These items are non-returnable unless faulty or not as described.
International Returns: We cannot refund any import duties or taxes applied by customs. These are the responsibility of the customer.
To return an item, email hello@ariljewels.com. We will confirm the return and provide instructions. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty.
Refunds: Once we have received the returned goods, we will process your refund within 14 days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Bespoke Commissions
For those seeking a unique piece, we offer a bespoke service that includes hand-drawn sketches and hand-painted renderings. Once the design is agreed, a deposit will be required, and a final price and delivery estimate will be confirmed. Bespoke items are non-returnable unless faulty or not as described.

Resizing and Adjustments
Resizing of rings is complimentary within the first 3 months of purchase. After this period, resizing and adjustments may incur a charge. Please contact us for more details.
